Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Domestic shipping is for the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). International Shipping and fees will vary.
US Domestic Shipping costs:
-Free Economy Shipping on US Domestic orders over $60
All other shipping rates will be automatically calculated at check-out based on shipping service, address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
International Shipping costs:
Shipping costs for all International Shipping will be automatically calculated at check-out based on shipping country, address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
RETURN POLICY:
At Chandra Beauti, we enjoy seeing our customers fall in love with our products. We stand behind our beauty products, and our main priority is making our customers happy. If not, our Customer Support team is here to help make your return process easy and seamless.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at chandrabeauti.com, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges and taxes when applicable.
Please email us at support@chandrabeauti.com within 30 days of your purchase and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please also include your order number and first and last name, to allow us to find your order quicker. Chandra Beauti Customer Support will provide an RMA number to be included in your return package.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages beyond normal wear and tear in transit. If damage has occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Chandra Beauti’s customer support at support@chandrabeauti.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments, or cancel any order once it has shipped and left our facility.
